This fabric is woven in double width and folded in half for shipping. Most double width fabrics can be used in both directions. Check the desired usage direction and calculate the required yardage, taking into account the pattern orientation and repetitions. If you provide us with the cutting height details when placing your order, it can save time during delivery. Upon receipt, open the packaging and store the fabrics horizontally to prevent wrinkles if you are not using them immediately.

1. Order Procedure
  • We only accept written orders sent to us via email.
  • The minimum order quantity is 1 meter.
  • To process your order as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information:
    •  Intended use of the ordered fabric
    • Dimensions and detail of the cutting heights per room 
    • Delivery address, including the phone number and email of the recipient 
    • Project reference 
2. Quality and Responsibility 
  • Differences and irregularities in quality, texture, and color may occur and are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural fabrics. 
  • We are not responsible for any discoloration of the fabrics. 
  • The buyer is fully responsible for the choice and use of the fabric. In case of doubt, please consult us. 
  • No claims will be accepted after the fabric has been cut and/or used. 
3. Delivery Times and Transport Costs 
  • Delivery time: approximately 10 days. 
  • Transport costs are calculated based on GLS or FedEx rates, depending on the quantity and destination. 
  • Transport is the buyer's responsibility. 
4. Receipt and Inspection 
  • Upon receiving the goods, we kindly ask you to unpack and carefully inspect them. 
  • By signing the delivery note, you accept the goods in their current condition. 
5. Claims Procedure Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days, including photos and a description, via email. 

6. Deposit and Price Modifications 
  • For special orders or large quantities, a depo-sit may be required before the order is placed with our supplier or production is initiated. 
  • Bruder reserves the right to modify prices at any time. 
7. Fabric Use 
  • Our fabrics are selected for residential use and are not treated for fire retardancy, stain resistance, or other potential treatments. 
8. Care Instructions 
  • Care: Dry cleaning only.
