This fabric is yarn-dyed, ensuring better color stability. However, it may also fade when exposed to sunlight or moonlight, especially if it is not lined when used for curtains. For upholstery fabrics, it is always recommended to protect them from direct exposure to these light sources. The softness and suppleness of this fabric is achieved through a process called "tumbling" or "stonewash" at the end of weaving. Each roll, approximately 25 meters long, is treated individually, which may result in slight color variations from one roll to another. This treatment may also cause the fabric's selvages to fray or become wavy (irregular). Additionally, the fabric width may vary between productions. Although we specify a width, it may differ; feel free to inquire about the current width. This treatment can also lead to the appearance of slight creases, which may differ from the sample material provided. These characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects.

1. Order Procedure
  • We only accept written orders sent to us via email.
  • The minimum order quantity is 1 meter.
  • To process your order as efficiently as possible, please provide the following information:
    •  Intended use of the ordered fabric
    • Dimensions and detail of the cutting heights per room 
    • Delivery address, including the phone number and email of the recipient 
    • Project reference 
2. Quality and Responsibility 
  • Differences and irregularities in quality, texture, and color may occur and are not considered defects but rather characteristics of natural fabrics. 
  • We are not responsible for any discoloration of the fabrics. 
  • The buyer is fully responsible for the choice and use of the fabric. In case of doubt, please consult us. 
  • No claims will be accepted after the fabric has been cut and/or used. 
3. Delivery Times and Transport Costs 
  • Delivery time: approximately 10 days. 
  • Transport costs are calculated based on GLS or FedEx rates, depending on the quantity and destination. 
  • Transport is the buyer's responsibility. 
4. Receipt and Inspection 
  • Upon receiving the goods, we kindly ask you to unpack and carefully inspect them. 
  • By signing the delivery note, you accept the goods in their current condition. 
5. Claims Procedure Claims must be submitted in writing within 5 days, including photos and a description, via email. 

6. Deposit and Price Modifications 
  • For special orders or large quantities, a depo-sit may be required before the order is placed with our supplier or production is initiated. 
  • Bruder reserves the right to modify prices at any time. 
7. Fabric Use 
  • Our fabrics are selected for residential use and are not treated for fire retardancy, stain resistance, or other potential treatments. 
8. Care Instructions 
  • Care: Dry cleaning only.
